I’m Kirsty Pellant, a presenter, campaigner, speaker, author and trauma-informed wellness practitioner passionate about helping people reclaim confidence, wellbeing and their voice.

For more than 22 years I’ve worked in the health and fitness industry, supporting people to feel stronger physically and emotionally through movement.

Alongside this, I trained in trauma-informed approaches including TRE®, somatic therapy, polyvagal-informed practice and complex trauma treatment, giving me a deeper understanding of the connection between mind and body.

But my work isn’t just shaped by qualifications.

It’s shaped by lived experience.

After becoming the victim of years of digitally enabled abuse, stalking and reputational harm, I found myself trying to work out a justice system that often left me asking one question:

Who is supporting the victim?

That experience changed the direction of my life.

It led me to speak publicly, appear on national television, work alongside organisations supporting victims and begin writing my first book, Not Naked Enough. It also inspired me to campaign for a more victim centred approach to justice and greater awareness of reputational abuse and digital harm.

Today, my work brings together everything I’ve learned through both professional training and personal experience.

Whether I’m presenting, speaking, campaigning, delivering TRE®, or teaching one of my fitness classes, my aim is always the same:

To help people feel stronger, reclaim confidence and know they’re not alone.

Because I believe recovery is possible, voices deserve to be heard, and positive change happens when people are brave enough to start the conversation.
