Meet Kirsty
Hi, I’m Kirsty.
I’m a presenter, campaigner, public speaker and Integrative Trauma & Wellness Practitioner with a passion for helping people rebuild confidence, improve wellbeing and create positive change.
My work has taken me from teaching fitness classes and delivering trauma-informed wellness sessions to appearing on national television, speaking publicly about digitally enabled abuse and working with organisations to improve support for victims.
Having experienced complex trauma myself, I understand how deeply life experiences can affect both our minds and our bodies. That personal journey led me to train in trauma-informed approaches including TRE®, polyvagal-informed practice and somatic techniques, alongside continuing to help people improve their physical wellbeing through movement.
Today, my work combines wellbeing, education and advocacy. Whether I’m teaching a fitness class, supporting someone through trauma-informed practice, speaking at an event or presenting a documentary, my aim is always the same: to help people feel stronger, more informed and more hopeful.
I believe healing, education and positive change all start with human connection.
